Es un apartamento muy céntrico con instalaciones nuevas, con muchos restaurantes bonitos para comida/cena alrededor y cafeterías varias. El anfitrión muy amable, contesta enseguida por si se tiene alguna problema y se preocupa por que esté todo bien. Apartamento limpio y equipado con wifi, accesorios de cocina, baño, etc

The only positive aspect of this apartment is its location — it is quite central, with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. First of all, the entrance to the building and the staircase were in very poor condition — old, worn out, and with visible mold, giving a very unpleasant first impression. The apartment itself did not match the photos shown in the listing. It seems that photos from different apartments were mixed, and the main attractive image (with the brick wall) was misleading and not representative of the actual unit. The apartment has no windows at all. A second level was added inside, which made the space very uncomfortable. Right at the entrance there is a sofa (which I had to sleep on), placed directly next to the kitchen area. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and could not be unfolded properly — it seemed to be broken. There was a ventilation shaft facing an internal courtyard full of mold, which we didn’t even feel comfortable opening. The biggest issue was insulation. The entrance door is very thin, with gaps, letting in cold air and noise. The temperature difference inside was extreme: downstairs it was cold (around 15°C), while upstairs it was unbearably hot (around 28°C), making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the host’s response was very slow. We specifically chose a place with a kitchen, but there was no frying pan. After requesting one, it took 28 hours to receive it — almost a third of our stay. Overall, this place does not meet expectations and needs significant improvements.
