Dazzling Dob

Location was good and very central. However it is in the 'party district'. Stays very busy at night. There is a metro very close which is useful.

When we arrived, the keypad wasn’t working, and although a man kindly let us in, it was an unusual and slightly unsettling encounter. After the first night, the air conditioning began making a loud buzzing noise at around 2am and stopped working properly. We contacted the host the following morning, and they said they would send maintenance in the afternoon when we were out but couldn’t provide a specific time. As a result, we felt we couldn’t return to the apartment to relax, not knowing when someone might arrive. We stopped by around 3pm to check, there had been no updates, and no one had been. We were later told maintenance would arrive within the hour, but unfortunately, no one came. When we returned for the evening, the issue still hadn’t been resolved and the buzzing continued and the air conditioning was still not cooling the room properly. Upon further inspection, the noise may suggest an electrical fault, which was quite concerning, it felt unsafe and potentially a fire risk, especially as we were trying to sleep. The temperature was also around 35 degrees, so offering a fan as a temporary solution would have been appreciated. Nothing was provided.

Midden in het centrum en goede verbinding met het openbaar vervoer.

Rumoerig, veel lawaai van medebewoners wat door de ligging doorklonk in het appartement. Dit verstoorde onze nachtrust. Het appartement vertoonde veel gebreken en de afzuigkap was vet en smerig. De boiler was na twee douches leeg. Een aantal dagen niet kunnen douchen. Op de 1e dag meteen de host geïnformeerd over de gebreken. Er werd niets gedaan. Later nam een andere host (Nora) het over omdat ik wederom had gereageerd. Er werd wederom niets gedaan aan de gebreken. Ik heb via Booking.com een klacht ingediend. Ook nog geen reactie gehad van booking.com
