The only slight downsides for me was the bedframes were a bit wonky, making for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep, and no ironing board to go with the iron

GBNot a lot. The property wasn't clean. The heating wasn't working properly. The smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling with no battery in it.
The Kitchen stank, It had dirty used foil stuck to the baking trays. The bed linen was stained as were the curtains. There was also holes punched through some of the internal doors. There was mail everywhere.

GBThe location was very good was easy to get to town. Bedding was clean.
The garden couldn't be used broken windows against wall there was holes in the decking and wasnt safe to walk on. There wasn't enough cutlery there kitchen was very dirty and and smelt of grease and fat. Broken chairs in the living room one wasn't safe to sit on. Bathroom wasn't very clean the shower was dirty and all the tiles. Wasn't enough left one towell per person. Belongings was left there from previous people's stay; beds was very uncomfortable, Bins out side was overflowing with rubbish and stunk. Could do with tlc and a good cleaning between visitors.
