The apartments are located in a good area, there is a metro station nearby and you can reach all the main tourist destinations by foot. The apartments have two floors, well equipped with everything you need during the stay, clean and modern. The check-in is remote via electronic keys which is, to my mind, is a good advantage. You can ask questions to the host any time and he is always ready to help. We’ll be happy to stay here next time we are in Madrid.

This apartment was very clean in the very nice building and the Malasaña is perfect.

The flat was clean and located close to metro and bus stops. The bed in the bedroom was comfy. The building has a lift, which helps with the suitcases.

To accommodate 5 people, the lounge was turned into a bedroom with two extra portable beds, and the sofa, I think this is too small for 5 people. The flat is not designed for more than 3 people, in my opinion. The stairs to go to the bedroom are narrow and a bit treacherous.

Super location - in the middle of a very lively area, but the apartment was completely quiet. We enjoyed the beautiful buildings and shops on our walk to the Prado, and appreciated the ease of returning to the apartment by bus. Nice quality furnishings. Clean. Our children slept well on the sleeper sofa and cot. Exceptionally good communication with the property manager prior to arrival and during our stay. No problems with the key system (requiring a cell phone).

There was an electrical problem with the switch for the bathroom light. Sometimes we had to put a lamp into the bathroom. We had to press a reset button on the heater in the kitchen to get hot water (twice), and the hot water was not enough for two showers. Without these problems our stay would have merited 9/10. The bathroom is upstairs, and the stairs are very narrow. The cot was squeaky. No coat hooks and not enough places to hang towels.

There was a noise ( huge ) coming from kitchen ( every 40 to 50 min ) It’s not mentioned that cleaning daily is for a fee (35€) however it’s mentioned in booking that we are paying money for cleaning or at least change towels . There was no hot water at last day of stay ( I believe water heater is not working ) and I contacted the management but got no reply .

Beautiful and spacious apartment in perfect location. Large bedroom and bathroom. Next door parking garage with weekly fee for 110 euro and dog friendly. Very easy to access upon arrival and excellent host! Everything you need for a relaxed stay in Madrid. Metro nearby. The airco worked perfectly which is a big plus in the summer.

A very clean comfortable, smart and nice designed apartment. Everything inside to meet your expectations. Comfortable beds and Italian shower and a well furnished kitchen with a nespresso machine. At 10mn walk from Gran Via and with a public parking aside. On top is Günter who was helpful and careful during all our stay. Thanks a lot!
