Location is excellent.

The apartment feels a little tired. Also we hated the mobile app key. Seems an unnecessary use of technology. We also found it hard to find - directions and description could be better.

The location was absolutely perfect! We walked everywhere in Madrid and it was lovely to have this modern space as our base. Lovely design and had lots of amenities.

Unfortunately the shower head was broken so we had to be very careful. We also didn’t have any hot water on the second morning.

We loved the location of the property in the Malasaña neighborhood, close to so many bars and restaurants and a short walk to the Gran Via and Plaza de España. We really liked the apartment as well; it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we were able to have our dog with us. There’s a parking garage conveniently located right next door. Günter was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needs. We recommend the property and would definitely return.

One of the best locations you can think of when in Madrid. Central, nice area, walkable distance to the main place of interest. The owner us super responsive and was always there to help. And he was kind to allow an early check in and late check out which we were very grateful for. The apartment has a modern setup and is spacious enough for three adults + dog. Also, it's a quiet building and with windows shut, we had a great sleep at night.

We happened to stay during the renovations in the building, so a bit of dust from the constructions was always present in the building. We struggled with the e-key but the owner was there to help and gave us physical keys. Some minor things like resetting the boiler or waiting for the technician to fix the door handle, didn't help, but overall we loved our stay. Those were minor and coincidental things.
