Locatie is perfect, mooi uitzicht alle winkels en restaurants in de buurt

De verlichting is zakelijk, geen sfeerverlichting.

Clean , comfortable apartment with a fantastic view. From the balcony. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed; refrigerator/freezer, television and air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The parking garage beneath the building was secure , which was important to us. The hostess was very responsive to our questions and gave us a thorough, in-person explanation of the apartment and facilities. The ocean walkway is just one street over and easily accessible. Note: the old town and historic sites are about a 20-minute walk from the apartment. It’s a beautiful walk and there are restaurants and bars along the way. However, if you have mobility issues or prefer not to walk these distances, then the apartment may not be right for you.

Die Unterkunft hat eine fantastische Lage. Auf auf dem Balkon gibt es jetzt Barhocker und einen höheren Tisch, so das man perfekt den Meerblick genießen kann. Es war alles picobello sauber. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden, aber leider kein Waschmittel. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Kommunikation mit Maria erfolgte zeitnah. Warmes Wasser gibt es nur, wenn im Wohnzimmer den Schalter anschaltet. Unbedingt die "Gatu- Hausregeln" vollständig lesen, welche Maria über WhatsApp gesendet hat.

There was a construction work going on, the people from the company that hosts the apartment do not speak English and that created a barrier I think since I don’t speak Spanish!

Top locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht over de zee , strand en ondergaande zon. Ruime parkeerplek in de ondergrondse garage. De incheck procedure verliep buitengewoon soepel. Het oude centrum van Cádiz lag op loopafstand.

Que tuviese aparcamiento.

Le hacía falta una limpieza de paredes, cortinas.... y el sofá cama bastante incómodo.
