Very bad experience. They cancelled my booking very² last minute. Reason was given is they overlooked that the same room shows available in multiple websites...so irresponsible! Please do check with them of the availability before do the booking.

"Not worth a single dollar/dirham or rupiah. It’s trash"

Location as my work is nearby

They have rude staff. Especially in the management side. Who throws accusations at people without asking politely whether or not we caused such damages to his property when actually it was already broken when we arrived. Aircon flaps were also broken. Also the pipes were clogged and when we complained they did NOTHING. We had to DIY ourselves. Rubbish
