The facilities were great and it was close to work. Walking distance to the harbour and park.

The cockroaches in the bathroom. The drains smelled & the bathroom had a strong urine sting.

I had a wonderful experience at Alma’s Suites, Johor Bahru. The property is well-maintained, offering a comfortable and stylish stay with modern amenities. Unfortunately the parking signs board a bit confusing plus the access card was not for the room door. The Property agent (Mr. Firmansyah) was friendly and accommodating, by providing the wifi router to enhance the internet connection.🛜 Overall, I enjoyed my stay. With a few upgrades, it would be even better!

However, some improvements would enhance the experience—adding a mirror in the living room, welcome snacks and a coffee machine would be great additions. Additionally, the TV series were not entertaining well because neither Netflix nor YouTube premium subscription.

Wifi are so poor..the owner is muslim but no qiblat direction..hard to find the qiblat because telco line so slow and wifi not stable all the time..owner ask for deposit and will refund within 48hours but im waiting for 1 week..just refunded after i ask for it..no apologize for late refund..
