It was a good location

I booked this place to do some work before a meeting the next day, only to arrive and find out the owner had cancelled the internet plan! So no internet and it was already 10pm! The door handle fell off in my hand, the place stunk of stale cigarettes and the bathroom had mould. The Management team also forgot to send me the door code, so I spent ages trying to get in and then had to call them. The walls are pealing and towels are super thin-like rags you’d use to clean your car. It just needs proper maintenance and upkeep.

Nothing as I was unable to check in.

Arrived 5pm. No check in. No information about check in. Owner not answering calls, sms or whatsapp. Customer service also unable to do anything because phone switched off. Booked elsewhere. Owner finally sent message with check in information after 9pm. As if I would wait 4 hours on the off chance of a reply. Then failed to confirm my refund. Worst check in ever experienced. Best avoid this one altogether as there are other hosts at same suites.
