Cheerful 3 bedroom country farm house

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. The house was very comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay. The location is lovely with very easy access to nearby towns. We hope to return soon. Even our dog loved it here.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Helen and Senan and daughter Maria are very welcoming and helpful hosts, Everything you could want was provided, and the location, while a little bit out of the way, gave us a great base for our daily activities.

Helen and her family! We were so pleased to meet Helen and her family and to get to know them. Helen can’t do enough for her guests and always comes to check for needs and requirements. Helen and her family work incredibly hard on their beautiful farm and she’s always available to help if you need her. The views are delightful over beautiful countryside and rolling hills. The house and cottage are perched on a hill and offer plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. The rooms are spacious full of light from both sides, and are warm and comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and not cluttered with unnecessary things. The farm is beautiful and we loved being there seeing the daily running of it. It’s not an easy life for farmers!! The nearest town of Ennis is very interesting and thriving. Plenty of shops, individual businesses and good cafes and restaurants. Excellent butcher’s, fishmonger and greengrocer’s all in a line together. Perfect!!! To sum up, Helen and her family are genuine, really good people who do everything they can to give their guests a lovely place to stay with no fuss or bother. If you like beautiful countryside, this cottage is for you! Thank you to Helen and her family for being so kind and being such good hosts. We wish you well with your cottage rental and with your lovely farm.

Only one snag to warn about, you must put the postcode into Google Maps to find the correct tuning off the main road after you leave Lissey Casey or you will struggle the first time. Google Maps found the cottage easily. It’s easy after that. Do your shopping first too. ( Advice, not criticism) Lissey Casey has a good supermarket and petrol station. Otherwise, it’s Ennis on the way.

We are just back from a wonderful stay here. The owners were so welcoming and even had the stove lit for us with a bottle of wine ready to pop on our arrival. This house is so comfortable and clean and we had all we needed for our stay. Our two dogs equally enjoyed their stay and their rambles on the field, with the permission of the owner. I would highly recommend and we will most definitely be returning.

Beautiful farm stay, Helen and Sina were fabulous hosts. Helen lit our peat fire each evening and kept us warm.. comfortable and clean, would recommend ..such a beautiful stay ...wish we had longer

We loved the location and the hosts. As I host people myself I can without question note Helen's property as outstandingThe beautiful, serene countryside and the local was 100% perfect. Helen & family were the perfect hosts and we can highly recommend this property. Oooohh...Its so wonderful. We are sad to leave. We only hired for a couple of days - We would recommend hiring for at least week. We will be back. Here....Helen & co even gave us apple tart and wine. Perfect hosts in the most beautiful location.
