we were in contact with the owner and a driver who were really very helpful and quick to answer. The appartement is large and comfortable. The swimming pool is huge, and the private beach is really nice too!

Vastaanoton henkilökunta ei osannut palvella asiakkaita asianmukaisesti. Pyysin heiltä uutta sänkyä, koska vuodesohva oli rikki, mutta en saanut apua, vaikka ilmoitin asiasta jo päivällä. Siitä huolimatta ongelmaa ei hoidettu. Myöhään illalla kävin vastaanotolla uudelleen, jolloin minulle sanottiin, että henkilö, joka hoitaa tällaisia asioita, ei ole enää paikalla, koska hänen työvuoronsa oli päättynyt. Vastaanoton mielestä lapset voisivat nukkua lattialla, mikä oli täysin asiatonta. Lopulta jouduin ottamaan yhteyttä henkilöön, joka vastaa Booking.com-sivustosta. Hän hoiti asian, ja saimme toisen sängyn myöhään illalla. Lisäksi sisäänkirjautuminen oli erittäin hidasta. Huono asiakaspalvelu!!

The host Mohamed was exceptional. He stepped in from the day I made the booking. He helped book our transport to and from his place. When we had hiccups and accidentally locked the key into the house, he made a plan. The on-site restaurant Azura beach, simply amazing. Good location to get around as well.

Big apartment, helpful owner and hotel staff, nice swimming pool, beach access, stores, restaurants within the boundaries.

A bit far from Marina/places of interest and always need a cab
