First 9 days he will come next day. No show up third day I asked the customer service he told me tomorrow 10 30 am no show so no tv for the whole stay plus water time with technicians. The second issue dinner was terrible I had two times dinner and I got sick twice Third water heater for coffee was damaged two days to get replacement. Light bulb needed for side lamp I asked reception nothing happened. Two days heaven drilling top of my room 10 am. At least they notify me More and more I had terrible stay I blame booking.com you said it is resort but it is not. 150 owners and very bad management I am charged from 30 Sept till 9 October but in reality my booking was from 1 till 9 October I asked for invoice they told me to pick by reception . Reception they said they do not have They ruined my vacation I demand full refund

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé dans un complexe calme et agréable. L’hôte est d’une bienveillance remarquable : il s’assure personnellement du bien-être de ses clients et reste toujours disponible et réactif en cas de besoin. L’appartement est parfaitement propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. On se sent vraiment en confiance et pris en charge du début à la fin. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour confortable et sans souci ! 🌟 Un remerciement spécial a Mhamed pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

القيمة مقابل المال لا تقبل المنافسة. الشقه مريحه للغاية والعفش كله جديد نفس الصور بظبط وتحتوي على كل ما تحتاجه للاستمتاع بإقامة هادئة ومريحة في الغردقة. الشقه تعتبر من انضف الشقق واهتمام المضيف محمد كان استثنائي، ودائما على استعداد لمساعدتنا في أي موقف. وكل يوم بيتصل وبيطمن لو كل شيئ تمام. وخدمة نقل المطار كانت ممتازه وبسيارات حديثه وتئمين كل الاحتياجات قبل الوصول للشقه. يوجد سوبر ماركت وصيدلية ومطاعم قريبه من المكان. ويوجد صالون للسيدات والرجال وكهف ملح. شكرا خاص لا محمد باشا من اطيب الناس يلي تعرفت عليها 🩶

السعر جيد جدا مقارنة بمثله من الأماكن منظم و مرتب و نظيف و يحتوى على كل المستلزمات العصرية للبيت الحديث متابعة المالك بإستمرار للإطمئنان منتهى الذوق و الرقى
