This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in the Phillipines. No water for refill bottles. Outrageous rates for what you get. Little to no wifi. Mediocre accommodation services. And horrible room hospitality. I honestly didn't like anything.

This place is a joke

The location is amazing, very close to the city center which has many restaurants!

There was no housekeeping for the three nights. No shampoo is provided. Towels were damp when we arrived and we asked for others but they were also damp.

We like the vibe, the tranquility, the mood, and the color scheme used throughout the property. The view is also nice from the ground floor or the breakfast area, overlooking downtown. Ms. Charlyn was also very hospitable and courteous, helpful with direction and tips for travel (like when we inquired re: Nacpan beach), and was always looking after our needs. Since we booked a family room, they initiated to let us have breakfast for four, even if there were only three of us. There was also unli instant coffee available. When we had trouble with the AC unit, they offered to transfer us to another room. Yey! We also liked the linen and soft towels provided. The WiFi connection in the breakfast area is also good. The bathroom was equipped with hot and cold water. The location of the property was also convenient.

It was unfortunate that we had trouble with our AC unit in our original room when there was a power outage. We also noticed various insects in the room where we were transferred to. The curtains in both rooms were a little shorter than what is necessary to cover the window width that we had to adjust them every time. The curtains in the bathroom are also shorter than the window length (only half of the window was covered) which made us kind of conscious even though we're facing the mountainside. The water pressure coming from the bidet was too strong which made us a little uncomfortable. Sadly, the TV was not functional at that time.

Amos took care of everything for us-from booking both of our island and in-land tours to even arranging for our van transfer to Puerto Princesa.The staffs were also attentive to our needs,very friendly and were trustworthy.It is also strategically located not too far fr the city center but not too close that we were able to still sleep peacefully at night.Well recommended cozy inn for a price that is quite a steal!

very nice and helpful staff. Situated at 5min from the noisy center, so we could rest comfortably. Also the breakfast was good
