-Location was great - kitchen was well equipped - washer and dryer were great to have - views were stunning - pool was a great convenience

- lots of sugars ants on the deck and in the kitchen - lack of cleaning supplies would have helped with the ants and when we’re tidying up each night - hallway bathroom had a light sewage smell

Location was perfect! The apartment was so spacious and clean. We loved the pool and the whole outside pool area. Was great for eating out in. Apartment had everything we needed and more

The shower in the bedroom on the end was quite basic for such a modern fab apartment

The location is fantastic for exploring Funchal, amenities, pool, off road parking and sun terrace. The size of the apartment is great with balconies on different sides overlooking the Marina and Funchal.

Only had 1 key between 6 people. Which made planning difficult. As per other reviews there is an unpleasant smell at times but this soon disappears when the window is open or air conditioning is put on. Customer service was poor as I raised a question but had no reply.

Perfect location right in the centre of town. The apartment is massive lots of room for a large family or group of friends. The balcony's are great and the pool was awesome and warm enough to not need heated at the end of May.

Can be a bit noisy on the balconys with the traffic noise but with the location it's to be expected.

Not able to use shower in jack and Jill room as kept falling off and we couldn’t reach. Leak in bathroom of main bedroom. Mattress protector was sweaty.

Really big apartment. Location close to everything in the city. Good AC in every room. Decent swimming pool. Good wifi in every corner.

Elevator parking - you need to be a good driver to use it. Noise - location is way too noisy: cars, buses, music festivals (3 days out of 10 of our stay). Smell. It smelled unpleasantly like a sewer in part of the apartment. Kitchenware was tired.

The best apartment on island. You can't find a better situated and bigger apartment than this one. Highly recommend!

We had two families and this apartment provided us with so much space. The location is absolutely perfect for us as well. We paid to hear the pool and it worked fantastically. Sipping coffee on one of the many balconies and looking at the sea in the morning was perfect.

We loved it all. An extra blanket for the living room would make it a 11/10
