Fijne locatie. En restaurant met rooftop bar is heel leuk. Mooi overzicht over Ubud. Ontbijt is wat beperkt maar goed te doen.

Staff were very friendly and helpful - they were always asking to see how they could assist. The room was very comfortable and clean, with functioning aircon and hot water. Walking distance to some excellent restaurants and cafes was a bonus.

There's a restaurant next door with live karaoke and singing, so there was a lot of noise until around 10pm on some nights. There also seemed to be some sort of school graduation trip group in the hotel who kept screaming and laughing and slamming doors. I guess this is the downside of being so close to the centre of Ubud?

7 June 2025: There was no advance warning in the advert of the very loud industrial building work with huge machinery and drilling on the land next to my balcony. It started with drilling into ground (excavation) at 8am and continued all day. It’s impossible to sleep through the noise even with ear plugs. They should mention this on their booking advert so one is made aware before booking. Imagine flying 23 hours landing in the morning and being stuck next to an industrial construction site. Challenging, not relaxing.
