Modern Apartment in the Heart of Bath

Brilliant property and lovely cafe below and brilliant location

Excellent location.

Remote batteries were dead and were asked to buy our own for reimbursement. Game table missing the game table was missing parts. It would be very nice to have more towels and a hand towel for the bathroom. It would also be nice to have additional toiletries in the bathroom as well.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, above a cafe close to everything. The apartment was clean, welcoming, is a good size and comfortable. We had a great weekend.

Perfect location in the heart of town. Very comfy beds. Great facilities. It's comfy for 4 but would be a squeeze with 5 people.

It's tricky to locate as the front door is inside the coffee shop. The towels were way too small.

It is very centrally located, very clean and kitchen essentials are complete. Hot water is great. Personnel easy to communicate and gives immediate answers to queries.

It’s a little cold maybe because it’s an old structure building not built with double glaze windows.

The location was good

We booked a five night stay for a family of four. One hour before we were going to check in they sent us a message that there is a water leak and that we can't stay at the premises. They sent us to alternate accommodation where we had to wait in the rain until after 7pm to check in as the place was still being cleaned. This accommodation was down a filthy and dirty alley. We then could not use the double bed as it was broken and had to sleep on the sleeper couch for three nights until they fixed the double bed by putting an old pallet underneath it. The last night of our stay we were told to move to our original accommodation as the leak had been fixed. Initially we did not want to move for one night only but were forced to as they threatened to keep our damage deposit if we did not move. When we got to the original accommodation, we had a knock on our door from the coffee shop owner below us saying that the water is leaking through his ceiling after we had a showered. We were then accused by the property owners of showering outside the shower cubicle but we showed the coffee shop owner that the area outside the cubicle was dry. We were very glad to leave the following day. We were then offered 25.87GPB, after we paid 650.98GPB for the stay, as compensation by the owners, which we told them was ludicrous. They then offered 51.75GPB but we had to pay 17GBP international fees. Through all of this Booking.com gave us not support what so ever. Be very careful when booking this property as you will be treated with disdain once you have paid.
