This property is exceptional. It's decorated to a high standard and quality bedding. There is nothing you will want for! they have thought of everything. Will definitely be booking again as our family has moved to the area. Thanks for a lovely stay 😊

Nothing everything was perfect

Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The Old Station House is amazing! The house is spacious and was perfect for our large family, including young baby and dog! Each room is beautifully decorated, comfortable and the whole house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the provision of dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent etc was helpful on a short stay. The games room is a great bonus and was well used in the evenings. Communication with hosts was excellent and the self check-in process easy. Would def recommend The Old Station House to anyone staying in the area and we definitely hope to return one day.

Nothing to dislike!

Clean and tidy, good facilities. Good location

The parking was extremely difficult, if you have a car above a small 4door it is impossible to park in drive, the on road parking is very busy. Trains run at the back of the property. All white goods , including washer tho no dryer which is a problem for drying .

Amazing house which had everything we needed and plenty of space. Very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 kids with two living areas being a huge plus for the kids to have their own space. Then to top it off the summer house with all the games in was an absolute bonus. Already planning to come back with friends next year!

Towels could be bigger! And yes that literally is the only negative.

Great house central location and everything was as advertised

The house was beautiful and all the bedrooms a really good size. A lovely little patio area in the back garden was a sun trap so great for an evening glass of wine, or two. The house had everything we needed and more.

The only minor point (and it is minor) is that the beautiful bathroom with huge bath, only had a hand-held shower head, it would have been far better with an overhead shower head. But it certainly wasn't a deal breaker and didn't affect our enjoyment of the place.

Perfect property , loved it.
