Very clean, Prefect for a couple of nights stay! Exactly like the photos and lovely hosts. Always there to help if we needed anything.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Although the beds were comfortable I’m bot entirely sure they were king size as stated on the website, coming from a superking at home to a double was definitely a test but all in all the beds themselves were super comfy. Only feedback would be to have curtains in the bedrooms to block out the early morning light.

Really lovely furnishing and comfortable space for all. Log fire cosy and a great kitchen lounge area for all the family to gather together. Beautifully decorated, home from home and great location

Front and inner porch door require some work as the weather was very wet and windy during our stay and the middle door didn't shut properly and the wind was blowing through and we had to try and jam with paper. Minor tweaks for feedback (as we loved our stay) were for some clothes hanging facilities even if this was just hooks on the bedroom doors as nowhere to hang clothes in double or twin rooms.. Also a mirror in the twin room ideally.

Fantastic property, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a group of 8- we travelled with 2 sets of grandparents and two tweens who were all very impressed with the property. It was within easy walking distance of Lytham’s attractions and a short drive into Blackpool. The kitchen/family room was a particularly lovely, social space and we cooked both evenings and it was such a nice space to spend time together. The bedrooms were all great with very comfortable beds and great bathrooms/showers. We would definitely recommend the accommodation to others.

It could do with slightly more kitchen equipment (baking trays/ additional chopping board/ serving plates etc) and perhaps some additional essentials such as dishcloths and foil, although I appreciate not everyone will cook. Also in the top floor bedroom it could do with a bigger mirror. These are only really small things though as the property is beautiful.

lovely light, clean , spacious house . Furnished to a very high standard . Pillows were amazing !

Car parking. 1 shared bath which were too big , water for bath only luke warm. 10.am very early exit luckily we managed to get in before 4 , otherwise would have been late entry too.
