Stylish City Centre Hideaway & Private Hot Tub

The property was honestly lovely. At first glance coming up to the front for you don’t think it is going to be much but when you walk inside it’s fabulous in my opinion

This company is big scam on the market. The customer service are the worse you can imagine. The property was very poorly maintained. Kitchen was absolutely filthy, also to mention dirty water overflows from the sink as-well. No service were done during our stay there. The wifi wasn’t working at all. Customer service were like bunch of kids reading from a instruction book couldn’t answer the real problem. The toilets are tiny, very hard to sit on it. This is the worse B&B I have ever stayed and also the worst customer service i ever get. NOT recommend place to stay.

The sauna was a great addition to the stay the beds were comfortable and the house was really clean and in a great location

The hot tub was already turned on when we arrived and it was right one eyre square great location!!

heating was off and place was damp. The heaters were electric wall mounted and they were not programmed so didn't say on long, details were in Spanish so couldn't change. The place was damp, bed linen damp - difficult to find too as directions were not clear. for the price it was outrageous, very expensive for the standard of place.
