Spacious 3-Bedroom Ground Floor Flat with Free Parking in Central Location

The location was great as far as being close to town. But there was trash everywhere outside and the lobby area smelled of urine.

MOLD in the bathroom. On shower head, faucets handles, around bottom of bathtub. Floor coming up in the kitchen completely. Kitchen cabinet door falling off, kitchen faucet broken. Toilet in the guest room didn't work properly. Finally had to have a plumber come and he even said the place needed to be renovated and cleaned up. Stains on the carpet and garbage left from previous people. This home was overall GROSS!

Space was dirty and run down lots of things broken or damaged Kitchen had random items of food in the cupboards Bin smelt like there was a dead animal in it Bathroom had lots of mould Skirting boards very dirty Pillows hard and not comfortable Showers lacked pressure and spurted out everywhere Some of the windows didn't close properly Heating didn't work so we all sat with blankets and duvets over us on the evening Needs a full update when charging that sort of £

Good location, easy to find, facilities were great for a family stay.

Hot water didn’t work good on the first bathroom but on the main suite was working perfectly so wasn’t a problem for us

The flat was so spacious had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Amazing place.

Fridge wasn’t working properly - no mirror in en-suite or main bedroom

Excellent location, plenty of space, mostly very clean

Property could do with a bit of maintenance! Kitchen cupboard door under the sink was hanging on by a thread, as was the shower screen in the main bathroom. A door on the ice box, or a new fridge would help. The kitchen flooring isn't properly secured under the floor strip. The parking instructions need updating - the barrier wasn't there which was confusing after a long journey, and in the dark.
