Spacious 3-Bedroom Ground Floor Flat with Free Parking in Central Location

The house is just as in the pictures, with big beds and it's very confortable to checkin and out since you don't need keys

Bathtub is full of mold. 48h before the stance started,the owner messaged us the instructions to check-in, and he said that the checkin time was at 3pm and check out at 11am, which is not at all what out booking reservation said, the check in and out eat supposed to be at 12.

Three decent sized bedrooms. Dining table and chairs for 6 people. Kitchen relatively well provisioned.

Absolutely stunk of stale cigarettes smoke. Was really unpleasant and made the experience far less pleasant than it should have been. Would never book again as a result and would like to have been told smoking was permitted in the apartment at booking so I could have avoided.

Excellent location for Cardiff Bay or City Centre. Generally clean. Great car parking space. Local shop on site.

A few tiny things. Plug unit in kitchen sink was broken, no alternative plug or bowl provided so could only wash up under running water. Suggest buy a bowl. Lack of glasses. There were only 5 wine glasses. These are cheap to buy could easily provide more.

Excellent location for both the lively city centre and the quay area. The apartment was very clean and the beds comfortable. Nice and quiet and would definitely rent again if coming to Cardiff

Sparse, almost utilitarian furnishings . Very basic kitchen, if you were self-catering, which we were not

The apartment is very spacious and was very secure (important as the flat is downstairs). It is decorated to a reasonable standard - bedrooms are nice. Shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash provided. Living area is a nice space for a group to hang out.

Parts of the kitchen/ bathroom need updating/ refreshing. Unfortunately the previous guests left a very pungent mary jane smell, even though the place was very well cleaned, the smell was very strong. The owner was gracious in providing compensation for this issue.

TV didn’t work on live tv - no signal. Kitchen dirty/mouldy under sink area. Leaky tap in bathroom. Faulty switch on bedside table light. Broken fridge compartment in door. Only used the kettle so can’t comment on other appliances.
