KR도착 하자마자 웰컴 드링크 및 친절한 체크인 과정이 좋았고, 데스크 직원은 대단히 친절했으며, 룸의 컨디션은 최상이었음. 호텔에서 트래킹 가이드 및 판시판 산에 올라가는 열차 및 케이블카의 예약이 가능하여 편리하였으며, 체크아웃 이후 하노이로 돌아오는 버스의 출발시간이 24시경이라 케리어 보관은 물론이고 샤워도 할 수 있도록 배려해 준 고마운 숙소 였음. 근처 1분 거리에 한국식당이 있어 이 또한 한국관광객에게는 장점이 될 만하다 여겨짐. 전반적으로 매우 만족한 숙박이었음.
처음 방 예약시 4월 숙박을 5월 숙박으로 일정을 잘못 입력하여 방을 예약할 수 없었는데, 1개 남은 방은 다소 비싼 방을 예약할 수 밖에 없었던 부분이 나한텐 아쉬웠지만, 이 것은 호텔이 아니라 나의 잘못이었음. 한 가지 조금 아쉽다고 할만한 건 조식이 뷔페식가 아니고 체크인시에 준비된 조식을 예약하여 제공되었는데 경우에 따라서는 좀 부실하다고 여겨질 수 있음

MYWe took the overnight bus from Hanoi and reached Sapa early in the morning, around 6 AM. The hotel staff allowed us to store our luggage and provided us with a bathroom to shower. We really appreciated that after the long and tiring journey from Hanoi. Plus, we were able to purchase the train and cable car tickets directly from the hotel at no extra charge, which saved us the hassle of queueing at the Sun Plaza ticket counter.
It’s about a 20 to 30-minute walk to the town area, which may be a disadvantage for those who prefer staying near the attractions. However, getting to town by taxi is still very convenient, and since our family enjoys walking, it wasn’t really an issue for us.
