Orange Tree Cottage - garden hideaway

Very charming and comfortable place to stay. The bed was really comfortable. Host was super helpful and on top of everything with handy information prepared for the entire area. We also had healthy breakfast goodies available for us to grab a quick bite before checkout. Loved our quick stay here!

Not the hosts fault at all, but the neighbors were playing loud music and partying it up on a Sunday night until past 1am.

Positivt overrasket over haven med tepotter alle vegne. Appelsin og grapefrugt træer i haven. Den lille udendørs terrasse var også fin ( selvom det regnede hver gang vi satte os ud) Fin morgenmad og god beliggenhed i forhold til hvad vi ville se.

Sengen var lidt for blød for os begge. Øm i kroppen efter en nat.

This was a very lucky find on our part - a really great place to stay at- Very comfortable and clean. All equipment and fittings - absolutely top of the line. Just comfortable luxury in a beautiful garden setting.

Great location for cyclists… near city and river loop. Healthy breakfast with range of cereals and fruit. Loved the garden, hosts have done an amazing job with it and creating privacy screening for the studio. Inside the studio is extremely well presented and excellent attention to detail. Helpful, friendly accommodating hosts 🤩 We loved our stay.

From arrival to departure this place exceeded our expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was so peaceful and the garden tranquil

Stayed here for a weekend with my partner. Even in midwinter it was cozy and warm. The owner Julie was lovely and accommodating and communicated well with everything we needed to know. The cottage was clean and comfortable. I loved the decor in there - it was clear a lot of care had gone into making it a nice place to stay. Included breakfast was fantastic (thanks for the toast!) and we even got to see the two beautiful dogs who live in the main house. Location was great - just a nice walk through Kowhai Park and across the river to get to the city, but tucked away on a residential street for peace and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Love love love Julie's air bnb and have returned many times now. I love the beautiful gardens all around the flat and all inside is of the highest quality. No bed is more comfortable and the pristine bathroom has a large, modern shower and divine smelling sheets. Julie is so warm, welcoming and accommodating. I will be back for sure.
