"Very clean and comfortable, way too many smelly things"

Very comfortable and nice private garden setting

If you’re sensitive to fragrances this may not be the place for you. I removed the two lots of sticks in jars but still felt slightly poisoned the next morning. I did suggest to the host that she not put them back but not sure whether she took that on board

Julie was a very welcoming and friendly host who offered helpful advice about the local area. The cottage was fitted out to the highest standard with great care taken with the provision of amenities. The room was spotless and the light breakfast was much appreciated. The garden surrounding the studio was neat and quaint. So many colorful teapots and cups a highlight. A wonderful stay.

Because of a tight schedule we could only stay one night. Would happily return for a longer stay.

Friendly host. Lovely and comfortable and cosy. Attractive garden area. Very private. Nice cereals for breakfast with fruit and yoghurt.

Having to crawl under bed to access a multiplug. 😅

Julie offers a warm welcome and a very comfortable, quiet stay in her studio that nestles on her beautiful garden. Delicious breakfast provided. Lots of attention to detail meant nothing was lack. I recommend!

Quite a walk into town, which is why it is quiet, but you can easily drive in and park by the river for free.

"Whanganui retreat"

The setting was very private and tranquil with a beautiful garden view. The decor was modern and cosy inside. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our night's stay including some biscuits with our coffee and some breakfast items. Julie our host was very welcoming and helpful. The location was great too.
