1 Bed Flat - Sleeps 2 - Pets - Parking - Wifi

Reading reviews before we got there we were expecting to be disappointed. However the bed was very comfortable, the Internet only dropped twice during the whole stay and even then was for 10 seconds. The road noise is hardly noticeable and we had a very relaxing and pleasant break. Perfect base to explore the area and we really enjoyed the stay. We didn't once feel we were on view to the people in the house and it was lovely to see the little dogs who were friendly. I can recommend the Luxury annexe and we will likely return, next time we stay in the area.

Not really a negative we can think of, if was being really picky, as I'm 6'4" tall, the path to the place had low trees hanging over but this really is being picky. Parking out on the road is a little inconvenient as it was raining but again this is just being picky

Clean and tidy and had everything we needed, the bed is so comfy and the nice thick carpets. Love the decor 😀 we would definitely stay again

Nothing we didn’t like a but few suggestions would be an extending feather duster for the cobwebs on the ceiling and trim the bushes back on the path round to the annex

Well presented and a lot of thought was put into the decor to make sure you had luxury stay . There was tea, coffee milk ,dog bed with dog food and water bowls plus dog treats. Bed was comfortable room decadent. Outside was a lovely courtyard with cushioned seating and table and chairs. Nothing was too much trouble for the vendors.

Having to park at front of there house. Would made the bringing in of bags better if could parked within gates. I found difficult after busy day to then walk to property due to my disabilities. Not massive issue but was a little niggle.

Location

It wasn't private , we've stayed at amazing holiday homes, usually you get a welcome folder with just basic instructions for all amenities in the home, I'm great with all appliances but I actually felt like an idiot having to keep messaging the owner, fridge i had to clean, bathroom full of cobwebs, the property was all glass and in owners garden ,and we felt on show as they was literally just sat facing us, quite daunting,

Very Homely, clean and comfortable. A lovely big space to relax. Very peaceful. We loved it.

Honestly, nothing about it we didn’t like.

Bit of an issue gaining access as they sent a message to our landline phone after we had set off on our journey. After 2 phone calls, we eventually got through to someone who sent the details through to our mobile number. Bit noisier from the main road than we expected, but handy for the bus, and it would have been good to get the exact location details further in advance. Overall the it served its purpose as a base for our family visit.

We enjoyed the decor and location was prime. Beautiful grey cat came and said hello she belonged to the owners

Couldn't operate the heating! This was a huge disappointment for us being a brickwork annex it got very cold! Big spider in bathroom could of done with a dust high and low cobwebbing.

The Annex was a very large comfy place, had a good bed and was very bright. Had mince pies for us on arrival and provided tea and coffee which was nice.

No sanitary bin provided in the toilets and lacks fundamentals like measuring equipment to cook with. Wifi was supposed to be fixed on the day we got there but kept disconnecting itself so we had none the whole stay.
