The location is ok.

The provider allocated me a room that I had not booked on the excuse that they had an error in the system. The room smelled of cigarettes. The person who handed over the room understood Croatian at first, but when it came to resolving the complication, she no longer understood Croatian. The pictures of the rooms are also from other apartments so it is not possible to believe that the room is as you booked it. I advise against renting a room.

New resort with well equipped apartments, fine parking in underground garages, swimming pool with sunbeds and beach umbrellas, superb vista. Good location, not inside the center, but if you want, you can be there by harbor promenade in five minutes, nice old town. Distance from the apartment to the best beach in Umag is 1,3 km (measured), so nice walk, no problem for us, several other beaches around. Communication with resort agency during the stay was excellent, details resolved.

Please, several recommendation from us: - Equipment - add to the department description, if there is balcony, terrace, type of coffee machine / supply more dishes + cutlery / supply four chairs in case of family (we had two, four family members). - Operating order - give to all people before their stay more information, e. g. about the swimming pool opening hours, no smoking rule,... - Cleaning service - the same, give to all people concrete information, when you can expect it, how to order it. I don´t add above mentioned to bad things, only recommendation.
