"Great spot for access to Chester town centre. Warm, clean and comfortable."

Parking is a bit tricky. Have to find a space in narrow back streets. Free parking though.

The location was a little too far from centre, lots of hilly streets.

Not enough comfortable seating in front room, bathroom floor was dirty, back door was difficult to lock.

"Brilliant little get away."

It’s perfect location, it’s clean fresh and was perfect for our stay.

The only annoying thing is the bathroom being downstairs but that’s just the layout of old houses .

Good sized bedrooms with everything you might need. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Good location walkable to the centre.

Needs a lock on the bathroom door, this is essential when the accommodation is full. A tea towel in the kitchen along with instructions for all the kitchen appliances would be handy, most importantly instructions are needed for the boiler. Could do with hooks to hang up coats possibly under stairs. One bathroom for 5 isn’t enough. Front bedroom is very noisy with road traffic so disturbed sleep. Parking is difficult in side streets with a large family car.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The hosts were very friendly and made the check in process smooth and answered any questions we had. We were here for a long weekend for a wedding and had to book at last minute after a previous booking was cancelled. This was the perfect location for us and we were very happy with our stay.

There were no major issues with the property or the hosts. They were honest about some of the tiling work taking place in the bathroom which was in the process of getting fixed. We noticed the back door sticks a bit and we struggled to lock it late at night. But with a bit of a push we managed to secure the back door.
