Southview Stays - Three bedroom House

Location was excellent. The house is perfect. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Good location and comfortable property

Bathroom was downstairs also could do with the shower ceiling and tiles fixed. Outside space was not acceptable and could do with the back gate fixed cleaned and made pleasant to sit outside. No tea towel provided. A few cobwebs above bed also.

Lovely house very honely, plenty of space and nice and clean. Parking available on nearby streets and easy to get into city centre

Very comfortble, kitchen well equipped, spotless.

Had to park on a street I could not see. Bathroom downstairs, rather a long walk in the night! House is super handy for Chester walls and the city centre.

Self catering - excellent facilities in which to prepare breakfast.

It suited our needs perfectly.

Paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom above shower Shame there was no bathroom upstairs but it wasn’t a problem for us. Parking difficult but we found a nearby car park which was reasonably priced for the weekend

The house was clean and spacious and served us well for our stay.

It is a hybrid between a hotel and an Airbnb so I would like the best of both. I think the house would benefit from a local guide/recommendation file, with local pubs where to get a pint of milk on a Sunday when you arrive how to use the cooking facilities boiler ect, the house needs a paint job the bathroom and the stairs. If you have plants in the house keep them alive or bin them.

Everything you need, nice and comfortable and well equipped. Can walk into city centre and 5 mins walk to race course

Not the property specifically, but we struggled with parking. Some side street behind the property but we had to drive around a few times to find a space
