Southview Stays - Three bedroom House

The location is very close to Chester town centre where everything is (10~15 minutes walk). The main bedroom is quite spacious.

I think the main issue I have had with this is the advertisement for having a parking space. It is misleading as there are no dedicated parking spaces at all, and we had to try our luck and find a space that is located on streets across the residence. (Not guaranteed) You can park at the door between certain period of time overnight but still take your risk as the road gets busy with buses and cars early in the morning. The main bedroom faces the same main road and can be very noisy at times. An unfortunate event happened during our stay, as the power went out as we found out in the evening after a day out. The host responded relatively quickly (within 30 minutes) but we were worried that we would have no electricity for the night. Some parts of the house are relatively clean (living room and kitchen area), but some did not seem to meet the standard (corridor area, garden area)

Parking bit of a nightmare could find a space x drove around more than half hour trying to find a street with a space but eventually got one round the corner after someone moved

The beds were lovely and comfortable The bath was lovely The host was easy to contact The TV was a great touch in the rooms Overall it was fab

The property was great just abit of of an inconvenience that the bathroom was all the way through the kitchen to the back of the property with steps to contend with and the lock didn't work correctly. The bath towels were also a little small for me personally

Beautiful townhouse within walking distance from the train station, town centre and race course. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Sophie was very helpful in answering queries prior to our visit. I would definitely return, thank you.

It would be nice to have some milk left in the fridge after a long day travelling ( a cheeky request). Other properties I've stayed in have done this, and it is always greatly appreciated to make a cup of tea on arrival. Tesco was only a 10 minute walk away, so it was not really a problem. Just a suggestion, really.

The house was very modern and clean, beds were very comfortable, everything supplied that we needed. Excellent location & great communication with our host Sophie throughout our stay. A lovely cake left for us to enjoy, what a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this 3 bedroomed house 🏠 x
