The place was very clean and in a good location for bars and restaurants, everything is in walking distance.

Parking if you have a car is a pain, as Parking outside the property has restrictions after 8am Monday to Saturday's.

The host was very informative and the house was superb. Great location and easy access to town.

Parking was a small irritation but we always found parking nearby and we were able to park in front of the property at night.

The house had everything we needed and was comfortable

The shower was very small and no instructions of where to take the rubbish out

Beautifully presented house with plenty of space, close to all the attractions of Chester.

Very clean and close to the city centre. 3 good sized bedrooms. Front bedroom lovely and big. Very comfortable and well presented overall. Clean bed linen including good size and range of good quality bath towels. Sophie was very responsive to queries before arrival and flexible with check out time which we really appreciated. Parking around the corner as described.

We had a great time but have a few suggestions to improve experience if planning to cook as we did-Kitchen needed a few more things- oven gloves, kitchen hand towel/tea towel and a few more robust utensils and lids for saucepans, washing up bowl and drainer etc if you don’t want to use the dishwasher. Coffee machine needed a bit of maintenance to produce three coffees in the morning but all good in the end as one of us had used the same type before! We know each other well so managed with one bathroom/loo. Small house so appreciate no space for another. Some instructions for the coffee machine and dishwasher and general do’s and don’ts would be helpful. Eg recycling-we looked outside for a bin but found the Back door very tricky to close. Managed with a bit of elbow grease.

Lovely home with everything we needed in great location.

There is a small step from the kitchen to the dining room which is a trip hazard . In fact one of us tripped up it while carrying food and was hurt, breaking a glass in the process.
