Valletta Luxe 3-Bedroom Duplex Penthouse with Sea View Terrace and Jacuzzi

Amazing location - the roof terrace is the ultimate selling point. Central Valetta, but was still quite quiet

Decor is looking a bit tired in places, and some of the repairs made are not to a high standard

Great location and views from the roof terrace, property was well equipped with towels and kitchen ware. Great having the sun loungers and jacuzzi. Not too far to walk to get to attractions in Valletta and restaurants.

On the steps of the decking, there are couple of screws sitting up from timber, caught foot on it couple of times, lucky shoes were on and I wasnt bare footed. This should be looked at. Also sat on the decking bench and tshirt at back got covered in the orangey coloured paint/stain. Key pad at front door to property was difficult to use as the keys stuck in when pressing the numbers. Realised near end of stay that there was no barbecue, this was advertised as being available in the listing.

The views from the terrace & the fact that there was a shop directly opposite to buy everything we needed

The bedrooms were a little squashy & the stairs up to the dining area & terrace a little dangerous especially when the upstairs bathroom leaked & water ran down onto the stairs. Also the washing machine was unusable as it was full of water & the door unable to be opened.

Great location away from the main crowds but within a few minutes' walk to great food and beverage options. The roof-top terrace was nice, and the laundry was a plus.

The upstairs kitchen area needs more curtains/shades to block out the strong morning sun. Water pressure in the top-level bathroom was very low making it almost impossible to take a shower. There was black mold in several of the rooms.

Amazing location, jacuzzi on the rooftop is a gamechanger,great kitchen appliances.

The penthouse was a bit outdated, needs refurbishment,but only with the little things,painting the walls,door knobs...With those fix ups, it would be a perfect 10.
