No TV available in the common areas

I book the family room and it's always comfortable and clean. Never had an issue, I feel quite safe there. I'm from the area originally so come back a few times a year.

They don't allow dogs, I'd book the next 3 months if they allowed it. However I completely understand why not.

Clean

No tv and poor booking management. There were three rooms booked and they put the three rooms together, couple next to my room were late and noisy coming in which disturbed my sleep.

Really comfortable rooms/beds. Everything you could need, incl. plug sockets close to the bedside table, + comfy chair & a large mirror. The communal lounge area was particularly beneficial for my group of 4 to sit & chat in, lovely comfy sofas, + the little kitchen area was great for cups of tea when we came in, & breakfast time. We seemed to be pretty much the only ones there so there was no noise at all, & we didn't seem to disturb anyone. The ground floor shower/loo area was fine, & clean - only a slight drain smell when I first went in but that will have been down to lack of use of 1 or 2 of the showers for a while (the waste traps may have dried up). Once I'd used it, it was fine for the rest of our stay. Handy hooks to hang clothes/towel on in the spacious showers - 1 with a door, & 1 with a curtain, and soap, loo roll, & other necessary products available. Getting there was fine by car, & communication was great once we realised that we'd be later than expected & booking.com hadn't provided us with any entry codes. I was texted these codes very quickly once I'd spoken to lovely kind staff on the phone. The online pics are helpful re finding it, as we knew what to look out for - you have to enter the ground as if round the back & then it all becomes clear as you turn the corner. Certainly would recommend.

Becky was very helpful, our room choice suited our needs and facilities have us everything we needed.

No bathroom facilities upstairs. The kitchen had a mouldy plate of food in a cupboard from a previous guest.
