Mattress was fairly comfortable

I have never seen so much dust in a hotel room in my entire life. The smell was awful. The bathroom was far away from the room and not particularly clean.

Very affordable and location good for North Dock/ beach in Llanelli

The room had sky lights which had no blinds on and there no means to block out sunlight at 5am. If you stay here I'd suggest bringing an eye mask.

The staff were amazing and met me at the site Although its basic amenities it suited my needs

When I arrived, there was no one to greet me and / I wasn't informed there wouldn't be . After I typed in the door the alarm went off as I entered. I phone the number on my but I had text that I had arrived as no one answered the phone. Once someone replied to my text I received the number for the alarm and the pad lock for the gate to the back where I could park me motortike.

Facilities free responsible use is great, loved it! Staff and rest of installs, users's behaviours was mainly good.

The WiFi signal disappeared at 22,00, therefore watching net T.V. or getting works assistance wasn't possible until early morning, this was disappointing. Didn't meet many alive plants in shared and private areas, this made the atmosphere colder. Mobile pots, to let them get eventually rain watered would make airs much healthier.

Jane was very welcoming, showing me around. I had booked dormitory style rooms but as i was only guest I was given a double. The bed was comfy, suggested a blanket if got cold. Showers and toilet little way from bedroom but clean and shower very warm. Kitchen and lounge area comfortable and well equipped.

I was travelling onto kidwelly the next day early and just wanted a pit stop and a restful nights sleep before a big event the nexg day I did a self check in due to my time of arrival but communication via email with hostel staff was brilliant Hostel was exceptionally clean and and tidy very welcoming I had a family room to myself and it was above my expectations the bed was extremely comfortable so much so I later contacted a member of staff to ask where I could get the duvet and pillow from! Kitchen equipment was ample for my over night stop and very clean and so where the showers and toilets I will definitely be back I had the most restful and peaceful night sleep i have had in along time

There was no signage to the rooms or bathrooms so took me a while to find my room due to a self check in but it was no big deal
