AVENUE of MARA ApArt Hotel - ULTRACENTRAL Studio DeLuxe with Free Underground Parking

Extremely helpful hosts made it easy to find keys and underground parking. Great location, very new and modern apartment in a new and modern building. Some boardgames for the kids in the apartment, smartTV, coffee machine, dishwasher...

It was great for one night stay for family of four, but for longer stays, probably more suited for two people. During the night it was a bit hot in the apartment because we did not want the AC to blow on the kids the whole night, and when opening windows there is a lot of noise from the street.

It's true that it's not that close to the city center, but I think the location is just perfect for a nice short family walk to the cathedral and squares. It depends on what you prefer. The apartment is nice and comfortable.

It's generally clean, but IMO that part could have been done a little better. If you use the underground parking, you have two options to enter it: - You need to call the owner to ask him to open it for you. - You can open the door from the inside and then quickly run into your car and drive it in (the door is open for around 20 seconds or so). I tried it, it was fun. I think it makes sense for the owner to provide the parking key card, if possible.

Modern apartman, close to the center (10 minutes walk). Big plus for the underground parking. Perfect for a few days visit.
