New apartment, well equipped, close to the city center. Excellent for 2 adults and one child. Free parking place in the building.

Great location, walking close to city center and also big chains supermarket. More than enough space for the 3 members of the family with a nice kitchen, large bathroom and powerful AC very useful considering it was over 34 degrees Celsius outside. Underground parking was a good add too. The studio is large, modern, a little bit noisy due to road proximity, but not a problem with windows closed. Loved also the little coffee shop just downstairs and I think the entire area will be super nice when the assemble is fully built, there are multiple shops expecting to open in the compound.

I assume this is relatively recent on the rental market and there are small things that would make the stay more smooth in my view: the cups offered are very modern looking, but not overly practical, I would add some standard mugs, absolutely couple of cereal bowls (missed those the most) and a small pot to warm some milk without having to use the larger pan. And finally bathroom is huge, really nice, it needs more supports for towels to avoid having to dry them on the chairs in the room. All easy fixes which I believe will make the stay much more homely.

Everything. The host is super helpful with absolutely every aspect. The room is exactly like in the photos or cleaner.
