They use a restaurant across the street that has only a stir fry as a vegetarian choice.

Just next to the river, simple room but clean. Guides are great,they always tried to do the best to show us the animals and we did see elephant,crocodile,monkeys and many more.they have deep knowledge so they can explain all you are interested in. Meanwhile we did cave trip which was amazing to see the bird nest collectors and the receptionist took us for some handcraft to the house of one local lady so we created birds from coconut leaf. Great experience

I have given this accommodation an excellent rating as it represented very good value and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, helping us sort out river cruises, food and laundry. The location was fabulous for seeing nature and the food provided was really good local food. You need to be aware that this accommodation is basic and read my comment on what we didn't like. The "restaurant" as my husband said would not have been one he would have eaten in and he had never eaten anywhere like it before but all the meals we had there were excellent - (think Warung style/roadside cafe).

Bed linen and towels were all stained. The bed did not have a top sheet and the duvet/doona did not have a cover on it and was stained. A sheet that had clearly been washed was provided on request, however, this was also badly stained. The jungle walk wasn't available the day we were there.

Hana in the reception was very professional, best service and kind.

I hadn't understood the lodge was in a village with a big parking lot in concrete in front of the room. It would be good to redact the description on booking. The boat tours didn't meet my expectations. One guide was better - English, commitment and knowledge. However, he was only there for two out of seven tours. The other guide was kind but needs more training. The food was a bit too basic.

The flexibility with the boats was excellent and we did get to see the all the ani.als as the expensive lodges including a big herd of pigmy elephants !

The room smelt so bad the bathroom smelt like something had died in there nothing made it any better. We also met other travellers that stayed at the same location who said they had the same issue so it is obviously an ongoing thing. The sheets were worn and not clean with notable crusty areas ! There is nothing else in the area other than the river cruises so between times ensure you have a good book as there is no wifi. The the only food is a very basic Warung accross the road - including any breakfast from the hotel.
