Много собак вокруг, которые постоянно вились вокруг тебя. Ночью ори же устроили громкий вой и какую-то возню. Еще необходимость везде разуваться - на ресепшене, в кафе на завтраке. Но там ведь не идеально чистый пол. После этого хочется пойти помыть ноги.

Great location with parking. Boat tour guide was good. If the room didnt have the smell, would have rated the place higher.

Bathroom had a leak, so smell travelled into the room. Breakfast could have been better. Not much to do during the day.

One of the three boat trips was ok.

The smell from the drain in our bathroom was terrible. They need to fix this before making guests use the room. No WiFi for guests. No duvet cover. Duvet was stained. Our room was infested by ants, lizards and other insects. Even after we blocked the gap under the door. The restaurant is not clean. There are no other options in the area so you need to use it. There is nothing to do in the area other than the three boat trips. The jungle walks were all cancelled. There are four large dogs that hang around. They stole multiple guest's shoes. They will randomlly start barking during the night. By the time you've paid for the accomodation, tour package, additional meals and their bus to and from, it's not cheap.

Hana at reception was very friendly and had photos displayed of the wildlife we could see on the tours. The family owned business also had river boats for tours, and a restaurant across the road with local food at very cheap prices, and a great view of the river.

The rooms had no fridge, and no ice was available. There was low water pressure too. There was no private verandah, just a double seat outside each room.

Right next to the river, so the boat cruise was very convenient. The staff were very helpful with arranging buses to and from the hotel, the river cruises etc

The room was very basic and a bit dated. The amount we paid is probably the going rate for this standard and it's in the middle of the rainforest, so I think you have to be realistic with your expectations of accommodation in this area. The food was ok. No WiFi or 4G most of the time. But again, it's in the rainforest!
