El acceso es terrible. Un tercero sin ascensor con unas escaleras estrechísimas. Lo hemos pasado mal para entrar y salir de casa con un bebé. La entrada a la casa también es muy pequeña, hay que agacharse.

First of all, I accidentally left my headphones in the room, and the hotel has been ignoring my attempts to resolve the issue for over two weeks. They claimed to have found them, but keep making excuses about delivery problems — without offering any real solution. Secondly, the apartment had a disgusting smell of sewage, which made it extremely unpleasant to stay in. And lastly, there were ants everywhere. We have no idea where they were coming from, but they were crawling all over the floor.

Emplacement, logement propre, calme.

- Hauteur sous plafond, porte très basse. - Appartement très sombre - Lave linge ne fonctionne pas et le propriétaire s'en fiche. Nous avons du aller au Lavomatic 2x à nos frais - Devoir laisser la caution de 500€ en cash. - Devoir attendre 25 jours et relancer le propriétaire plusieurs fois pour se faire rembourser la caution. - Recevoir qu'une partie de la caution sans aucun justificatif ! Scandaleux!

It was our worst experience ever on booking Com. Please do not choose this apartment NEVER = the owner of the apartment asks for deposit 500 eur in cash and did not return it!!! Today I go to police to file a claim and initiate criminal case against the owner as 2 weeks passed since our check out and our deposit stolen!! Service is awful!!!

1) deposit 500 eur stolen by the owner of the apartment !!! The owner does not return it back !!! First he and his personel did not come to return deposit when we check out , it was agreed they return deposit when check out . He refused even to come. then we provided banking account for return !! We waited 2 weeks and still do not get anything!!! The owner is rude and trying to find reasons not to return deposit. If you already booked this apartment please film everything and make screenshots of messages with him and his personel.2)quality of this apartment is awful , not clean , dirty air inside, all windows look into to internal tunnel with no sun. No elevator. The entrance is very narrow even for people with a small height. The price was 130 eur per night !!! 3) the towels not provided , only on third day of our stay after our requests !!! Washing machine not working !!! The change it for new one only after one day before check out and after several our requests!!! 4) the only positive thing was owner agreed to our check out 15:00 . But now after I told him we go to police because deposit is not returned according to rules he starts to find reasons not to return deposit in full beside of late check out , but it was agreed with him in advance!! Please avoid this apartment and this owner if you want to save your own money !!!

Que tenía aire acondicionado.

No me gustó nada que el dueño exigiera una fianza de más del 50% del precio de 1 semana de hospedaje. No me gustó el trato del propietario, no me gustó que el inmueble está ubicado en un 3er piso sin ascensor y con unas escaleras excesivamente estrechas, que el techo de la entrada al apartamento fuera excesivamente bajo. No me gustó tanta que hubiera pelos de varias personas en la cama (almohada, sabanas interiores y exteriores), que hubiera muchas hormigas en la cocina, salón, dormitorio y baño. Qué tuviera marcas de humedad en muchas zonas. (El apartamento necesita una limpieza y ser pintado) El baño, concretamente el WC es muy pequeño y como está colocado hace que tengas que sentarte de lado porque no entran las piernas, la ducha: el soporte de la alcachofa estaba roto y es muy baja, haciendo que tengas que ducharte con la mano y dificultando mucho el lavarse.

Vi fik ikke nøglerne, da vi skulle betal 500 EUR kontant uden kvittering, ikke engelsk talende som der stod på udlejningen. samtidig stod der en mystisk Bodyguard og overvågede os i en lilleopgang. vi turde ikke at tage penge frem af frygt for overfald.. så vi fik aldrig lejligheden. vi her anmeldt episoden til Booking.co, har efter vi har efterfølgende ikke hørt noget . Comfy beds and good air conditioning

First off, don’t know if it was the location or what but i got robbed outside and there is no cctv around the location, the lock broke, even though there was no extra pressure put on it. I don’t know how or why but it was a bad quality lock, and i have been waiting over a week to find out about my deposit and i do not know if he is taking some off for the lock, even though it was not our fault.

charged us a $40 fee to check in when it was a key lock. never had that in my life, then they wanted $500 for a depsoit. Wasn't clear where we were staying or the room we were in. Ants in the flat and the bed was very uncomfortable. The flat stank as well.
