Sus áreas sociales, tiene unas muy buenas instalaciones para ser un buen hotel.

Las habitaciones aún se perciben bastante antiguas y presentan olor a humedad o encierro en las sábanas. Adicionalmente, la atención del personal del hotel en general no fue la más amable. Considero también que, debido al enfoque accesible del hotel, el ambiente y el comportamiento de algunos huéspedes no fueron los más acordes con la experiencia que esperaba.

La atención del personal fue súper buena, incluso mejor de lo que esperaba. Son muy amables, siempre están dispuestos a ayudar y además son muy alegres y animados. La habitación era muy amplia y súper cómoda. La piscina, deliciosa. La playa, bellísima; constantemente limpiaban el sargazo. Nos sentimos muy seguros todo el tiempo en el hotel. Sin duda, volvería.

En el bar de la playa utilizan vasos de plástico; considero que podrían usar materiales reutilizables. También faltó un poco más de animación durante la pool party del sábado

La piscina , el bar , la playa y la cantante muy linda ella

Me costaba que cambiarán las toallas o hicieran aseo Cierra muy temprano la piscina 🫣 Los postres se terminaban y ya no había de ese tipo para la gente que llegaba un poco más tarde por otras actividades. Poner más control o seguridad con los borrachos, lamento el accidente en la fiesta de espuma que realizaron espero que la sra esté bien ❤️‍🩹
