It was like home from home everything you needed

The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of glasses, cups, plates etc. and the location was good. Loved the huge dining table.

We had a good time but the WiFi didn’t work half of the time due to this Netflix and other streaming services worked only sometimes. The beds were uncomfortable and small. The showers had very low pressure. Parking was a bit tricky. The streets are very narrow but managed to always find parking spot eventually. Be aware of NOT parking on double yellow lines as we saw multiple cars penalised. The location was relatively close to town and shops etc. The property was clean ok but I felt like someone forgot to hoover our room and whoever cleans should always clean under the sofas in the living room area as that was not done so when my baby thew toys under there it was dirty. Other than that we had a good time and non of these things a big deal. Thank you.

Lovely house with plenty of room for all the family. Stayed as had a family wedding at Danby Castle so location was perfect for booking taxis but also so the kids could enjoy the beach.

Shower in large bathroom needs attention

great property, fab location and wonderful to have parking in Whitby! The property is very centrally located albeit quite a steep hill to climb on returning to it, although this allows you to burn off some calories from the fish & chips! The property is lovely and spacious and very good value for money for large groups

could do with a new mattress in the small double to increase sleep comfort

The property was fantastic! Great size, great facilities- kitchen wanted for nothing! We have stayed in Whitby so many times and love this location as it’s just far enough out the way but close enough to where you want to be. We all thoroughly loved our stay.

Back door is a bit of a trip hazard! It’s like a double step and quite deep. I fell in and one of us fell out!

The accommodation was very large, great for a family break

The shower in the large bathroom needs attention, water barely dribbles out making it unusable. Perhaps just needs a new shower head?
