Excellent location, well equipped.

Extra seats in lounge area.

Convenient location. Accommodation is spacious (we were a family of 8). The property is well equipped, plenty of plates, glasses and useful kitchen utensils.

There was hardly any water from the shower in one bathroom. I’m assuming this is due to low water pressure which is difficult for the owners to resolve. Nevertheless, one working shower for a party of eight was a little tricky.

Good location, ample bedrooms and space for everyone.

Some of the beds were a bit creaky. For the amount of people staying there could have been more toilet paper - we had to buy extra. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty and some of the plates had to be washed.

Great location clean and tidy

Some areas need updating - bedding, carpets and main shower in bathroom not working properly

Layout and space and kitted out for more than one meal so no problems filling dishwasher

Only niggle was the lack of fixed towel rails in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Fabulous place to stay within easy access of central Whitby. Lots of space and very well equipped.

Difficulty parking and quite steep hill from the harbour area. However the area was built before cars so can be expected
