The location is the most wonderful, although it is far from the center of Nikiti, it is just perfect.The hosts were great - very nice and accommodating!It's great that there are no facilities set up for children and this makes for a really, really ideal holiday for older people.

To have a supermarket and a tavern in close proximity so that it is not necessary to drive to Nikiti.

Only sea view

Everthing. The room is to small for three persons. Host is unkind and he tried to take us more money. Not enough dishes. No room cleaning for 9 days. Bed is unconfortable. No shower cabin only tiles. Very bed experience with this accomodation. No recomendation.

Hosts and location.

Although our money was refunded thanks to the goodwill of the apartment owner, we feel the need to provide an honest review of the accommodation for the benefit of future guests and in the hope that the owners themselves will improve their services. What motivated us to book this accommodation was its location, which is more than perfect, situated close to the sea with almost a private beach nearby for guests. The location and the great kindness of the owners are the only positive aspects of this accommodation. We were compelled to change our accommodation with a five-month-old baby, turning our vacation into added responsibilities. The furniture in the accommodation is quite old, but that's not the worst part. What prompted us to leave urgently was the cleanliness, primarily in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom lacks a proper cabin, with only a sloping floor that doesn't drain water well, leaving a lingering wetness after showering. An unbearable sewage odor emanates from the bathroom, and the door can only be closed from the inside, causing this odor to spread throughout the entire room, making it impossible to ventilate effectively. The kitchen has a musty smell, and there was a significant presence of yellow ants, rendering the kitchen unusable. Hoping that these criticisms will be taken in the spirit of constructive feedback, warm regards to the most gracious hosts we have ever encountered.

Location is awesome, peace and quiet, no crowd, no loud music, no traffic, room is 40 m far from bech. Priceless. Great hospitality by super friendly and helpfull owner.

Studios are basically equipped, but it comes with the affordable price, so it is ok.

the hosts are the nicest people in the world - just wonderful. the place is quiet and peaceful and extremely beautiful. with a private very nice beach. if your idea is to end the time mainly in the villa, the place in ideal. there are cooking utensils and a kitchen

the city center can only be reached by car, the base is old. the price does not match the amenities. not many amenities for a baby

The property and surrounding could be renovated.

The outside area was nice - big gardin with lounges. You have a nice beach for you( almost private). There was AC and the Wifi was good enough.

Well to start with - the place wasnt very clean. On the last days the toilet started to smell awful. My boyfriend suggested that you could be from the stormy waves( they prob use the sea water for flusshing). The unpleasant thing that maybe confirms is - i flushed 2 times the toilet, and the floor drain started to push out water. The drawers in the extra small kitchen smell of mold. So yeah, if you are not too pretentious, its gonna be ok for you.
