The only thing that was decent about this property was that it was by the sea.

The room was the most terrible room i have ever stayed in. It was more like a shed than a room. It was dirty, tiny (not as big as advertised - I estimate it was about 12 sqm ), the beds were old and the springs dug into my back. During the 5 days we stayed, the linen was never changed, nor were the towels, nor was the rubbish taken. There was no shampoo provided, nowhere to hang your towel in the bathroom apart from some nails and you could smell the drain from the bathroom in the room. My face was literally next to the loo door. There were barely any plugs (apart from an extension on one side of the bed with 3 plugs), which you need to trip over the other person to get to. Also, the internet did not work on many occasions. The proximity to others is literally stifling as the 'sheds' are extremely small. We complained to the host, who did not accept any of our feedback. On the first day I complained about the mattress and the host told me he would 'flip it over'. While this was not a good solution, he did not even do that and told us that we should have told him again. We were also told that the reason that the linen was not changed was that we were out all day.... . While the host was polite, politeness is not enough when you are paying 107 euros per night for sub-standard accomodation, with extremely poor standards. I don't understand how anyone is rating this accomodation as 'good' as it is simply terrible. Do not book here.

The location and the yard were great!

The rooms were a little outdated, but still good value for the money.

Full of mosquitos, you need a car to go to the centre of Nikiti, the bed was not comfortable.
