The property was unlike the photos advertised. It was unclean and unsanitary, inclusive of cockroaches in the fridge and bugs all within the folds of the fridge, cupboard and cutlery draw. The hosts were unhelpful with our concerns and we did not receive a refund , even though we didn’t stay at the property and reported the problems upon checking in.

during the entire stay in the apartment there was no electricity or hot water, communication was possible only through booking, communication with the host via whats up is not possible. the host always wrote about the problem, it was resolved and it did not happen during the whole week's stay

Room was clean and was newly furnished.

- Misleading Photos: The listing photos suggested the apartment had large windows and a balcony, but the actual apartment was not shown. We were given a ground-floor unit with street access, allowing passersby to see directly inside. This felt like a scam to make the apartment appear more attractive. - Unexpected Deposit: After booking, we were asked to pay a 300-euro deposit, which remained locked for a week. - Laundry Difficulties: There was no balcony to hang our laundry, and the high humidity in the room caused our clothes to become damp and musty, making the washing machine virtually unusable. - Poor Ventilation: The toilet had no ventilation, leading to unpleasant odors and poor air quality. - Air Conditioning Issues: The air conditioner was non-functional for two full days, causing discomfort and sleepless nights for our baby due to the heat. - Construction Noise: Despite the building being new, we were disturbed by construction work early in the mornings, even on weekends. Right next to our door was a garage where workers were cutting tiles and metal constructions. - Uncomfortable Chairs: The table chairs provided were uncomfortable, cheap plastic ones from IKEA, unlike the comfortable chairs shown in the pictures.
