ATThe apartment was clean and spacious. The Beds were also very comfortable and the kitchen had everything one can need.
PLThe apartment is bright and well placed. The bed, the kitchen, the bathroom equipped very well, very convenient and new. The view is not spectacular, but it doesn't cause any inconvenience or embarrassment. There are shops (Lidl), restaurants and bus stops in the neighbourhood. What we liked is also an easy accomodation system, with the code and no need to carry any additional keys.
The apartment is brand new, as it is stated in the description. Such new, that event the rest of cement and dust after consruction is still visible. Some additional equipment as another mirror, ironing station or washing machine would be useful. Also, we never met the owner or guide, who we only texted with - in my opinion it would me nice to meet in place even once at the beginning or end, especially that there is an additional bail (300EUR) to be paid before accomodation which is not easily recognizable in the description on Booking, and paid off up to 7 days after leave in case of demolitions - it would be fair for both sides to have a chance to take a look at the apartment before and after and agree on conditions.
LTApartment location is good -close to bus stops, Lidl. Convenient entry door code system. New equipment in apartment. Elevator.
The apartments next door are under renovation, construction noise could be heard from 7am. Lack of furniture (wardrobes, bedside cabinets) and equipment (hangers in the bathroom). Wi-fi didn't work.
DEEverything was as described and even more.
FRThis was a brand new apartment building, nicely done and very lovely apartments. We have been met by the assistant who has showed us everything.
