LUXURY BEACH PROPERTY- Neptune's Nest

Everything. The location was fantastic. Perfect.

We had an excellent stay at Neptune's Nest. Our hosts were very helpful, we arrived to a beautiful welcome pack which was a lovely surprise. Great facilities too - the jet bath was the best! A much needed relaxing weekend by the sea. Thank you 😊

The kitchen tap was leaking and the spa bath was not working we reported these to the owner and he came the next day and arranged for a plumber to come the following day the kitchen tap was replaced but the spa bath didn’t get repaired so we were unable to use throughout our stay

Great location for us, a walk into Folkestone with our dogs, lovely place, would go back

The only thing for me was just a bigger bed, but was comfortable , just think it’s maybe as we have a big bed at home so seemed so much smaller but other then that cannot fault anything

It’s location is very good.

The room is very small it is basically garage converted into bedroom. It is not good for the babies as I included our one year old baby but this accommodation is good for couples but not for babies. We have to leave at 10PM as the room was very humid and baby was sneezing most of the time. No ventilation in bedroom. Washroom was not clean there was mould and algae please see the attached pictures Room was flooded with water when dish washer used. Floor was not very clean it was sticky so can’t walk bare feet. On arrival we were late for check in around 8-9. Owner put keys in lock but there are two keypad lockers funny thing was both had same passcode and we were not able to find the keys in either. Tried to call the owner as the number given in email he switched off his phone. Sent him 5-10 messages, no reply please check the screenshot. In the end after an hour when we were planning to book another hotel nearby we divided to talk to the other guests of the same accommodation(upstairs) they luckily opened the door and they we’re having the keys. But who keep the same passcode for both accommodation? !! Security issue? We had no option so stayed that night. Day was sunny and nice nice balcony and view but by evening we started facing the above mentioned problem so we decided to leave. This is good property to stay for couple who don’t want to sleep but for fun. But definitely not for kids or babies.

It was a magical romantic experience for me and my partner.

An amazing apartment in a fantastic location. Lovely outside area to sit and relax. All helped by two days of beautiful, sunny weather. The apartment is situated in a great location to walk into Folkestone.
