Rural cottage! Wood-fired hot tub Bliss awaits

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. It has absolutely everything you could need and more, making it feel like a real home away from home. The cottage was quiet, cosy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Lia was incredibly helpful and friendly, and she shared some fascinating history about the cottage which made our stay even more special. One of the most charming parts of the stay was the surroundings – the friendly chickens chat to you during the day, and at night the midwife toads sing, which makes the whole experience feel peaceful and magical. Everything you need is thoughtfully provided, and the calm atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning! ⭐

The cottage was huge! There was plenty of room for my family of 5! Although we didn’t have any little kids, it was stocked full of toys, an adorable kids triple bunk room and safety gates too! It was warm, smelled lovely, fresh milk was delivered for us to use, there’s an amazing projector screen that you can pair with your phone. The garden was beautiful with a pond and waterfall. The bath tub in the bathroom was very nice too, we took advantage of that a couple times. They had chickens!! Super cute! There were also games which we took advantage of too.

The only thing I could say I didn’t like was heating the hot tub, only because I had never used a wood burner to heat one and lots of the wood was wet due to the crazy amounts of rain.

Beautiful property with tasteful touches making it a luxurious place to stay. Highlights were the wood fired hot tub, gorgeous huge garden, relaxing pond, bar billiards in the games room and the lovely chickens. The location is peaceful and quiet. The host shared lots of really helpful information and was really responsive to questions.

A fantastic property, with loads of space, great facilities and the hosts were very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and wish we had gone for a second night. Loved the hot tub. Excellent value for money

The house was so charming, mixing modern technology and convenience with old-world charm. We absolutely loved it. The beds were super comfortable and Lia went above and beyond. It was the best stay we've had in the UK. Thank you!
