When Booking.com didn't send our reservation to Crown Plaza after paying in full. The hotel staff did everything they could and corrected the error and found rooms for us to stay in. They were beyond helpful. I will call the hotel next time directly to book a room.

The lobby was very clean and up to date. The staff was nice. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

We had to keep getting our badges redone to enter the facility. The door to the room kept getting stuck and was very hard to open. In the room, the sink leaked, and the fridge was not very cold (unless you kept the cabinet door that was in front of it open, then it was fine). Also, someone got sick in the hallway, and the 3 days we stayed, it wasn't cleaned up.
