"Charged way too much"

It was nice, clean.

I was charged almost triple what I booked online and they will not answer the phone or return a call to get a copy of the invoice for the hotel stay to find out why I was overcharged.

"Great place with amenities"

The room felt warm and cozy, I like the normal sized pillows, it was clean, friendly staff, restaurant attached, bar for a glass of wine, good breakfast.

No microwave in the room although it was promoted as having one.
