I like the rooms we're clean beds were soft.

The breakfast was ok. After seasoning my grits I still didn't care for them. The pool was freezing cold so I couldn't enjoy it, didn't help that there were loud ghetto guests. The room walls were so thin I could hear walking, showers, toilets just couldn't really sleep.

Good location. Shuttle driver was the best part of the trip. He talked to us every time we were in the lobby and very welcoming. Hotel lobby and sitting areas were stunning.

Staff was less than friendly when checking in. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool for the kids. Got them dressed and went down to find out it was FREEZING cold. Went to the front desk to inquire and we were told by a gentleman "its supposed to be heated but it's broken. It's posted on our website" Well this information would have been helpful at the time of check-in and it was NOT posted on the website. Rooms were very small and reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana in the hallways. My 11 year old daughter and were walking through the lobby to the snack station. The bartender yelled across the room "we are closed" as if we were walking there to have a drink. Very rude! For being a Crown Plaza hotel with a 5 star steak house attached. It was very disappointing and would never go back.

We stay here every time we come to Greenville. Nice hotel. Everything is clean and updated and staff is always incredible. Location is perfect.

"thought I got a good deal on 2 rooms and the heated pool was great"
